Shipping & Warranty Policy

We offer FREE SHIPPING under the following conditions:

Retail Customers: Free shipping on all orders over $200.
Dealers (Sipahi Brand): Free shipping on all orders that include 2 or more SIPAHI brand shotguns. (Minimum $600)
Dealers (Sipax Brand): Free shipping on orders of 2 boxes of SIPAX products (Total of 8 items).

At Sipahi Hunting and Tactical Inc., we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.

Under Warranty (1-Year): For products within the 1-year warranty period, the customer is responsible for the initial shipping and insurance costs to our service center. If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect, we will repair the firearm free of charge and cover the return shipping costs to the customer.
Non-Warranty Issues: If the malfunction is caused by incorrect assembly, poor maintenance (rust/corrosion), or the use of improper/low-velocity ammunition, the customer will be responsible for two-way shipping costs and a service fee.

Post-Warranty Support (Sipahi Brand): Even after your warranty expires, we are happy to provide free labor/service for non-user-related issues on all Sipahi brand products.

Procedure: For expired warranties, customers must provide a pre-paid return shipping label inside the box. We will perform the service, and use your provided label to ship the product back to you.
